We are experts in 3-waters engineering covering everything from private drainage to public infrastructure. ROADING ■ RETAINING ■ FLOODING
Subdivisions are our bread and butter. We know Council standards and regulations, and we know the Auckland Unitary Plan (AUP). So if it’s a new road, a stepped retaining wall to create a usable land parcel, or an engineered flow path to convey stormwater through your site - Flowpath can provide the right solution.
CONSTRUCTION MONITORING ■ SIGN-OFF
At Flowpath we have extensive construction site experience and work with some of Auckland’s leading Housing Companies and Civil Contractors. We know a shovel from a sky hook and we’ll work with you to problem-solve in the field. We are familiar with tight deadlines and know that time is money when an unforeseen situation arises.
CONSENTS & THE AUCKLAND UNITARY PLAN (AUP)
While we do not have in-house planners and urban designers, we are very familiar with the consenting frameworks and processes that Council follow. Our primary experience is with Auckland Council, however we’ve worked on projects for approval with many other Council’s and Authorities throughout New Zealand.
