WHO WE ARE

About Flowpath

We work regularly in project teams with architects, planners, landscapers, builders and developers. A good team is the foundation for success and we believe great communication and sharing of ideas is essential.
Teamwork is a strength we will bring to your project.

We use leading software and modelling packages to ensure our designs and drawings are efficient and easily updated - 3D visuals, point cloud data, clash detection with pipelines and structures. Our tools ensure that consented designs flow readily into construction.

Expertise + Efficiency = Cost-Effective!

Our goal is to achieve a win for all stakeholders and to provide a quality of service that our client’s will keep coming back to us for. We are a small focused engineering team that works for you.

Carey Senior

DIRECTOR, CIVIL ENGINEER

Carey has been working on civil engineering projects for seventeen years; many of those in Auckland. He has a close working relationship with Auckland Council and Watercare and has been involved as a chartered engineer in design, procurement, peer review, expert witness and supervision of both public and private development projects.

Carey’s roles as a Director, Team Leader, Project Manager, and Engineer to the Contract on large construction projects reflect his ability to manage complex timeframes and deliverables. He is committed to high quality development outcomes (which include budget and programme!).

Carey brings strengths in subdivision design, contract management, risk analysis, cost estimation, and construction supervision.

Khee Chong

CIVIL ENGINEER

Khee has a strong background in road design and infrastructure engineering, and has experience in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. He has advanced 3D modelling skills and brings his analytical approach to optimising the trickiest development layout.

Every office (and project team?) needs someone who brings the humour and Khee is that person. He will also point out the project roadblock that no one saw and then come up with a possible solution soon after.

His expertise in civil engineering and land design is continually improved through regular site construction experience - as with all our engineers - and therefore our designs are strongly rooted in current industry best practice.
